Training and Seminar Registrations

All registrations for training courses, workshops, seminars, and webinars are final and non-refundable.

We encourage all participants to review course details and consult with our team before confirming any enrollment.
Inability to Attend

If you are unable to attend a registered course, you may request:

Transfer to a Future Session : Subject to availability, you may defer your attendance to a similar upcoming session.

Seat Replacement : You may nominate a substitute participant to attend in your place, subject to approval.

Requests for transfer or substitution must be made at least 5 days prior to the course start date.
Cancellation by Exzellent Profis Institute (EPI)
In the unlikely event that a course is canceled by us, participants will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- An option to transfer enrollment to another session at no additional cost.
Down Payments and Deposits

Any down payments, booking fees, or deposits made for training programs are non-refundable, even in cases of participant withdrawal or changes in personal circumstances.
Refund Requests and Processing

Refunds (where eligible) will be processed within 30 to 45 business days after approval.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Product Purchases (e.g., Course Materials or Vouchers)

All physical or digital products, including course materials, books, or service vouchers, are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.
