Job Requirements

  • Degree or Master’s in Education, preferably in Curriculum Development/Curriculum or Instructional Design.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • At least 5 years of working experience relating to curriculum/instructional design in the tertiary education industry.
  • Candidates with industrial experience will have an added advantage
  • Understand current curriculum requirements and standards in higher education settings and for life-long learning.
  • Familiar with MQF2.0, outcome-based education and the development of short courses in the form of micro-credentials and work-based learning.
  • Proactive, able to multi-task, work independently and in a team, meticulous
  • Well-versed in government policies and regulations related to higher education institutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in English and Malay.
  • Experience in handling all CPD requirement awarded by professional bodies, regulatory authorities.

Job Description

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned programs within EPSB. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational skills to ensure that programs are executed effectively and achieve their intended outcomes. The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-quality programs that align with organizational goals and priorities.

  • Responsible for ensuring the successful design, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify educational needs, market demands, and learner expectations.
  • Lead the strategic design and development of curriculum frameworks, learning objectives, and program outcomes aligned with organizational goals and standards.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of curriculum development phases.
  • Allocate resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and materials, to support curriculum development initiatives. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to gather input, address concerns, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and educational standards.
  • Ensure that curriculum development processes adhere to educational standards, accreditation requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Oversee the development of assessments that measure learner achievement of program objectives and competencies.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program delivery, efficiency, and impact.
  • Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate lessons learned into future program planning and implementation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to program management.
