Learners will be able to enhance their knowledge and skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing by actively participating in online learning activities. To accelerate the learning process the learners will be provided with a list of useful phrases, vocabulary, grammar forms and functions.

Upon completion of this course, participant must be able to: –

  • Speak coherently with proper pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary 
  • Produce basic sentence forms and correct simple sentences when speaking and writing 
  • Write and respond to written texts coherently and cohesively by using appropriate grammatical range and vocabulary.
Do you provide financial assistance or payment plans?
As noncredit courses, our online courses are not eligible for state or federal financial aid. Some students seek professional development support from their employer or from external scholarships. In the United States, fees paid for professional development are deductible from your personal income taxes to the extent permitted by current law.
While we do not offer automatic payment plans at this time, please reach out to online@sia.edu to discuss payment alternatives, such as wire transfers.
Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend my applied course?
In order to be granted a full tuition refund, you must cancel your registration by sending an email to online@sothebysinstitute.com by 5:00 pm (your local time) 5 full business days before the course’s start date. Please note we are unable to reimburse for any currency conversion fees charged by your credit-card issuer.

Course Information

The aim of this program is to equip participants with the in-depth knowledge and technical expertise required to understand, design, operate, and maintain ultrapure water (UPW) systems, essential for semiconductor manufacturing.

Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of advanced water purification technologies and their applications in achieving the high purity levels necessary for wafer fabrication and cleaning processes.
