Our in-depth 2-day HRD Corp TNA programme provides participants with the expertise to carry out effective analyses, allowing you to target the most critical areas and align training efforts with organisational objectives. It’s important to note that not all performance challenges are solved through training—learn how to identify and address issues strategically.
Upon completion of this course, participant must be able to: –
- Describe the HR function in training
- Define TNA
- Elaborate on the TNA cycle
- Describe the data gathering method
- Use tools data gathering
- Describe elements in a TNA report
- Prepare training plan
- Differentiate assessment and evaluation
- Describe evaluation model
- Identify elements to be evaluated for each level.

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend my applied course?
In order to be granted a full tuition refund, you must cancel your registration by sending an email to online@sothebysinstitute.com by 5:00 pm (your local time) 5 full business days before the course’s start date. Please note we are unable to reimburse for any currency conversion fees charged by your credit-card issuer.
