Electronic Components Design (IC & PCB Design) focuses on creating and optimizing integrated circuits and printed circuit board layouts to meet functional and performance requirements.
It involves the use of design tools and structured processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and manufacturability of electronic systems.

The Workplace Essentials programme builds core skills for modern work environments, covering Workplace Digital Essentials, Professional Interview Protocol, and Workplace Ethics & Professional Conduct. It strengthens digital skills, communication readiness, and professional behaviour through practical, industry-relevant activities.
Electronic Components Design (IC & PCB Design)
The Electronic Components Design (IC & PCB Design) programme provides a foundational understanding of logic design, signal processing, IC design (analogue and digital), PCB design, and design
validation. Participants will learn to use industry-relevant tools to design, simulate, and validate circuits and layouts, ensuring functionality, reliability, and compliance with design requirements.
What is the K-Youth Development Programme?
The K-Youth Development Programme is an initiative by Khazanah Nasional Berhad designed to boost the employability of Malaysian youth by providing industry-focused training and on-the-job placements in key economic sectors.
Who is eligible to apply?
Open to Malaysia youths.
Aged between 16 and 30 years old.
SKM/SPM/SPMV or universities and colleges graduates with a recognised Certificate/Diploma/Degree and above in Engineering or any related field.
Unemployed.
Have not participated in any similar programme.
Able to commit to attending physical soft skills and technical/practical training, as well as job placement.
Possess a strong interest in employment within the semiconductor and machinery & equipment industry.
Aged between 16 and 30 years old.
