In semiconductor manufacturing, UltraPure Water (UPW) is water that has been purified to extremely stringent specifications, removing all contaminants including organic and inorganic compounds, dissolved and particulate matter, and dissolved gases. UPW is essential for various processes such as wafer cleaning, rinsing, and surface conditioning.

Soft Skills : Operational Digital Essentials
The Operational Digital Essentials program equips participants with key workplace skills in professional communication, data analysis, and presentation design. Through hands-on training, they will learn to write clear technical reports, use Excel for effective data handling, and create impactful PowerPoint presentations—essential tools for success in any modern work environment.
Ultra Pure Water Filtration Process
The Ultra Pure Water (UPW) Filtration Process program provides participants with a foundational understanding of ultrapure water systems used in semiconductor manufacturing. The course covers the journey from basic water treatment of contaminated sources to advanced UPW filtration technologies, system design, and configuration.
Participants will also gain practical knowledge in operating and maintaining UPW systems, along with essential skills in water quality testing and analysis to ensure compliance with stringent industry standards.

The K-Youth Development Programme is an initiative by Khazanah Nasional Berhad designed to boost the employability of Malaysian youth by providing industry-focused training and on-the-job placements in key economic sectors.

Malaysian citizens aged 18–30 years old.
